Campus Information Center
Located at the south entrance the Campus Information center provides general campus information, event and meeting information. You can also get class schedules and a wide variety of other information here such as UMKC bus schedules, campus maps etc. It also serves as the lost and found for the university. The campus information center is also responsible for the issuing the UMKC ID cards, which is the official identification for students, faculty, staff, and other members of the UMKC community. The UMKC student ID card provides access to university facilities, services. It also allows students to charge purchases made at the bookstore to their student account.

Hours:
8 AM to 5:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
8 AM to 7 PM Wednesday


Barber Shop :
Located in the lower level of the University Center, the barber shop is a professionally licensed and privately owned service that offers haircuts, styling and professional products – AMERICAN CREW, JOICO, ROFFLER and JUICEPLUS.  Gift certificates are also available.

Walkins are welcome, you may also call for an appointment.  Cash and check only.

8 AM to 4 PM Saturday

Mail:
UMKC maintains a campus mail system with regular deliveries. Students may deposit on-campus mail or stamped USPS mail in the mail box located near the south entrance of the university center for after noon pickup to be put into the mail stream the following day.

If you need to arrange a pick up for a boxes or trays please call 816-235-6245


ATM:
Need some cash?? An ATM machine is located in cafeteria for quick and easy access to your cash. The ATM accepts master card, visa and bank cards that belong to cirrus, bank/mate and plus systems.  


Internet Kiosks :
Internet bars are located by the cafeteria. Two PCs with internet access are available for anyone to use.


Newspapers :
Free copies of various campus newspapers are located in the cafeteria. In addition, you can also pick up a free copy of Kansas City star and USA today. These newspapers are provided as part of the national college readership program.
