Swedish Massage: Stressed? Go Swedish! Long Strokes, kneading, friction and vibration. Works the superficial layer of muscles.

Esalen Massage: Reconnect your body and mind! Focuses on quality of touch using long intergrating strokes following the body contours. ( 60-90 min sessions.)

Deep Tissue: Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Uses slow strokes, direct pressure and includes stretching.

Sports Massage: Increase performance, reduce injury and extend your athletic career through maintenance. Sports Massages increase mobility, decrease the risk of injury, and include passive stretching or rehabilitation to address acute and chronic injuries, by focusing on the affected area.
