Fall Aerobic Schedule - Monday, October 19 - Friday, December 11

(no classes during Thanksgiving Break - November 23 - 27)

Members: $53.00
Non-Members: $106.00
 

*Remember, in order for a scheduled class to run, a minimum of 8 participants per class must register before the first week of aerobics classes begin. If you are interested in participating in a class, please sign up early.  UMKC students may charge to their student account. Anyone may register by phone 816.235.2712.  You may also stop into the SRC Membership Office between 8:00am and 5:00pm to register.

 
Class Descriptions:
Spin and Sculpt: This class starts with indoor cycling and finishes with upper body strength training and abdominal work...get it all in one class! All levels!
 
Yoga - All Levels: The focus here is on balance and healing.  A toned and well-shaped body is a by-product of this great class!
 

Spinning:  Cardio, cardio, cardio! Non-stop indoor cycle set to jamming tunes. This class keeps you in the fat-burning zone!

 
Sports Conditioning:  This class has it all - boxing, jump rope, strength training and plyometrics.
 

Pilates:  Tone your entire body using a combination of Pilates mat and balance ball techniques.  This is a non-impact class that will give you results!  All levels!

 

Cardio Blast:  Advanced cardio circuit training with plyometrics that will result in improved cardiac endurance and strong muscles.

 

Zumba!:  A cardio workout that will blow you away! Shake your body to hot Latin and hip-hop tunes.

 
The Tone Zone:  Non-stop, multi-joint exercises utilizing weights, bars and resistance bands that will tone your body and make you sweat.
 

All Aerobic Classes are in SRC 304 (Aerobics Room). Registration for all classes will take place in the SRC Membership Office between 8:00am and 5:00pm. A minimum of eight participants is required to conduct each class.
