Fees for Students Under the fee structure, the initial intake session is free. After that, students receive 8 sessions per calendar year (i.e., every 12 months) free of charge. Additional sessions are $15 each. |

Fees for Faculty and Staff As a service to faculty and staff, the University Counseling Center offers counseling services at a substantially lower fee than typically charged in the community. The initial intake session is free. After that, the fee is $20 per session. For students, faculty, and staff: Payments are to be made to the receptionist after each session. If payment in full is not made following two unpaid sessions, a referral may be made to an appropriate outside agency. In an emergency, counseling will not be refused due to lack of payment. If you feel that you cannot afford the fee, your counselor can submit your written request for a fee change to our Counseling Team. The request should include the reasons you feel you cannot afford the fee and a proposal of the fee you believe you can afford. |
