The Accounting Services Department is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial transactions for the University by providing the final review of expenditures for compliance with University policies, to assure appropriate administrative approvals, to maintain the accounting system and to assist departments and account managers in understanding and interpreting UM policies and procedures.

The Campus Accounting Services Office is committed to excellence in
providing supportive services to our customers through training, document
processing, and financial reporting in a timely, efficient, and professional
manner.
