What We Do
The Central Ticket Office provides ticketing services for some UMKC-sponsored events, as well as for select theatres, sports, music, dance, and other organizations in the greater Kansas City area. We are dedicated to the highest standard of prompt, courteous customer service.
Privacy PolicyPurchases made via the Central Ticket Office are the offerings of one of our many producers. Those producers may request to receive the basic personal information (name, address, phone number(s), email) and purchase amounts (number of tickets and amount of money) when their product is purchased. Credit Card information is NEVER part of the personal information. If you wish to restrict the use of your name, address, phone and email, you should contact that producer directly. The Central Ticket Office only records the information as part of the transaction. We will not sell or trade your personal information. We will access your personal data only in cases of emergency or event change or complication.
