Membership Meeting and Fall Symposium

Don’t miss the 2009 KCAA Fall Symposium, “Our Door is
Always Open: Providing Access to Archival Collections” from 1:30 PM -
4:30 PM. Join us for an informative look at the challenges of promoting
public access for archival collections through educational outreach,
exhibits, and marketing. Our hosts will be the National Archives at
Kansas City in their new location at 400 West Pershing Road, just west
of Union Station.
The KCAA annual membership
meeting (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) will proceed the symposium. This meeting is
intended for KCAA members to review officer and committee reports, and to
make plans for the coming year. Non-members are welcome to attend, if
interested. You may either bring your own lunch or order a box lunch (see
the registration form). Beverages will be provided.
